The PSSA create more memories at the Lleyn Peninsula!

The PSSA returned to fly with the Lleyn MAC on their superb coastal slopes near Abersoch over the weekend 9th and 10th July which proved to be a real scorcher!!

Friday afternoon and Saturday saw us enjoying some good PSS conditions on the NW slope overlooking Hells Mouth Bay – despite the winds blowing in from the NNW the slope worked well enough to enable light to medium weight models to be flown to good effect.  Sunday was dominated by extreme high pressure and the resultant low winds meant we had to resort to our thermal soarers and electric models for entertainment, but despite this grounding of PSS another great days flying was achieved by the group!

Photos from this weekends flying can be viewed HERE – and a fuller report will follow on the site shortly.  Many thanks to all who travelled and helped make this event such a success once again!
