at Llandudno was the setting for the final weekend PSSA event

Despite high pressure
grounding all but the lightest of PSS models there was some
flying to be had in otherwise spectacular weather at the
September Lleyn MAC event. See the write up and more

It is with great sadness that the PSSA has recently
learnt of the loss of 2 of its most long standing members, Jack Edwards
- who passed away in July and Ron Collins, who died this week.
Both Jack and Ron were creative, prolific PSS
modellers and active members of the PSSA.
Jack will be best remembered by our members for
his beautiful Zlin Akrobat and the flights he made with this model in
light lift when all other models were grounded.
Ron, a founder member of the PSSA, was present
with his famous F-86 Sabre design at the very first PSSA event at Clwyd
back in 1984 and has since developed countless successful designs.
Both Jack and Ron will be sorely missed by us all
and our thoughts are with their respective families at this time. |

PSSA DVDs FOR SALE. |
Alan Hulme would like to point
out to all our members that the first of a series of PSSA DVDs is
now available for sale and distribution.
DVD1 covers some of our
earliest history, with action taken from events such as Clwyd, Leek and
Moorlands and Rivington Pike between 1986 and 1988.
The price of this DVD is
