PSSAOnline Web Forum Posting Rules

 1. This is a moderated forum - The moderators run it the way they see fit. This is not a democracy - it is at best a benevolent dictatorship. Your posts may be edited for content, moved or deleted without notification or your permission. If you feel this is a violation of your right to free speech, TOUGH! ; this is a condition of use of this Forum

2. No Personal Attacks (flames). Do not call other members names, even in jest. You may attack or dispute opinions and facts, but do so with facts and not by taking it to a personal level.

3. Keep it clean - this is a family site. For obvious reasons, profanity, racial abuse or sexually suggestive or derogatory language will not be tolerated on this board. It will, in fact, be automatically censored though we do not recommend running 'tests' to see which words are and are not acceptable!

4. Keep it legal - no links to warez sites or to sites that promote copyright infringement of any type.

5. Keep it On-Topic - The discussions are to relate to the Sport of Power Scale Soaring and RC Model Flight. If you have a general question and are not sure what forum it should go in to, go ahead and post here and send an Instant Message to a moderator for assistance in getting it to where it should be. Friendly banter within a thread is normal and acceptable - but should not be the sole purpose of a thread. Keep the grandkid's pictures in your wallet!

6. Try to stay on topic within a thread - If you suddenly come up with a pressing question on another subject, start a new thread with it.

7. If you have a dispute with another member - remember the No Personal Attack rule - bring such disputes to a moderator's attention to be dealt with. This applies not only to visible postings, but to Instant Messaging also.

8. No Commercial Advertising – We have a forum dedicated to buying and selling modelling gear at a personal level. If you want to advertise your business then contact PSSAOnline site admin for the terms & conditions for advertising space on the main site.

9. If you have a dispute with a moderator - your only recourse is through the site owner, PSS-Rez. In accordance with the site's Terms of Service, public complaints about moderator actions will be removed, and any chance at an appeal will be lost.
