Mike Chadwick's model
of the Northrop X-4 Bantam gets a good launch away at the Hole of
Horecum Spring PSS event in 1999.
The model has a span of 74" and weighs 10lbs. Construction is mainly veneered foam. Note the recesses in the underbelly of the aircraft to assist launching. |
