Nice rendition of the famous De
Havilland DH88 Comet racer, seen with designer and builder Alan Hulme. The model spans 66" and weighs in at 4.5lbs. It uses the Eppler 205 wing section. The model is constructed using balsa and foam. The engine nacelles are formed from blue foam and covered in brown paper applied using PVA. The model is finished in red solarfilm. |
