Rez Manzoori
lends scale to his mighty PSS Grumman Avenger, converted successfully
from a vintage I/C power kit. The model spans an impressive 82" and has an AUW of 14lb, giving it a wing loading of 32oz/sq ft. It is finished in GlossTex and Solarfilm with the self adhesive trim and decals all hand cut by Rez. |

Model seen at rest prior to its successful maiden flight at the Great Orme PSSA Fly-In, October 2011. The Avenger has a conventional built up fuselage and tail and uses a huge, two-piece veneered foam wing. It is fitted with 4 servos for ailerons, elevator and rudder. |

Rez flew the Avenger for the first time at the end of the 2011 season. It flew beautifully, very smooth with good energy retention. An impressive PSS model. |
