Andrzej Klos seen with his O/D TS11 Iskra (Spark) trainer - a Polish design dating from the1950s.

The model spans 65" and has an AUW of 2.2lbs.

It is built using a lost foam fuselage technique with kevlar layering and a veneered white foam wing.

Close up of the Iskra trainer, showing an ideal layout for a good PSS model - clean fuselage lines and an uncluttered, minimal sweep wing.
Another O/D of Andrzej's is the attractive PZL130 Turbo Orlik (Eaglet) which is the current aircraft used by the Polish airforce for primary pilot training.

Again, the fuselage is of lost foam kevlar construction with a white foam wing this time spanning 72".

PZL130 Orlik in flight.  Model weighs 3.5lbs and uses a modified RG15 section (MU15).
