Martin Hursthouse holds aloft his impressive Focke-Wulf FW190.

Martin modelled this large model to 1/5th scale, it weighs 11lb. 10oz and has a wing span of 88".

It uses the trusty Eppler 374 wing section and has a wing loading of 20oz/ft2.

The airframe has been constructed using conventional built up methods, which is sheeted and finished in glass/epoxy.

The model has been beautifully finished by Martin to represent "Blue 4" - the Focke-Wulf 190A-8 flown in WW2 by Lt. Hans "Peter" Wulff.
