Andy Ward lends scale to his BAe Harrier GR3, built from the Richard Green plans.

Model spans 48" and has an AUW of 2.5lb.  It is of conventional construction, with a balsa sheeted foam core wing and built up balsa fuselage and tail.

Andy has covered this model in tissue and dope - the colourscheme is applied using enamel sprays.

The Harrier is controlled with simple 2-channel RC on aileron and elevator.  As per the full size, the model has an all moving tailplane.

Harrier with its RAF stablemate, the Tornado GR1, also by Andy Ward, again from a PSS plan by Richard Green.
